У Казанского собора 6 лет назад было так, как на первом фото. Сейчас уже получше - с вводом ненавистной платной парковки там навели относительный порядок. На втором фото - главный вход в Михайловскую клиническую больницу имени Я. В. Виллие сейчас. Великим предкам, запечатлённым в виде бронзовых статуй, остаётся лишь стоять немым укором, глядя на море разноцветного хлама у них под ногами. Мы к этому давно привычные, ещё с "лихих" 90-х, поэтому мало кого это смущает. То ли дело - самокаты...

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
