В России появится стандарт требований к приемке отделочных работ
Планируется разработка нового ГОСТ Р «Отделочные работы. Требования к приемке работ».
Он установит требования к качеству:
🟦штукатурных, шпатлевочных, облицовочных, малярных, обойных работ; 🟦 устройства подвесных и натяжных потолков; 🟦полов помещений зданий и сооружений.
Необходимость в новом стандарте связана с тем, что:
1️⃣С 11 марта 2025 года начали действовать минимальные требования к результату производства отделочных работ на объектах долевого строительства и входящих в его состав элементов отделки — Письмо Минстроя России от 26 марта 2025 г. N 8054-ОГ/08.
2️⃣С 1 февраля 2026 года начнет действовать Изменение № 3 к СП 71.13330.2017 «СНиП 3.04.01-87 Изоляционные и отделочные покрытия».
