В чем суть
Предлагается закрепить на федеральном уровне возможность для многодетных семей не только получать участок, но и отказаться от него, получив компенсацию в 1 млн рублей.
Соответствующее дополнение должно быть внесено в Закон «О дополнительных мерах государственной поддержки семей, имеющих детей».
В случае принятия закон вступит в силу с 1 января 2026 года.
