Подрядчик, нарушивший сроки выполнения работ, может быть включен в реестр недобросовестных поставщиков (РНП), если причинами для срыва сроков стали:
🟦недостаточная квалификация работников подрядчика; 🟦нехватка рабочих рук на объекте; 🟦нехватка техники на объекте; 🟦приостановление работ по причинам, не предусмотренным ГК РФ; 🟦недостатки документации, которые привели к невозможности выполнения всего комплекса строительно-монтажных и пуско-наладочных работ.
