Агентство по сотрудничеству в области оборонной безопасности США (DSCA) одобрило закупку барражирующих боеприпасов. Тайвань получит 291 боеприпас Altius 600M-V от Anduril, а также 720 боеприпасов Switchblade 300 от AeroVironment.
Altius 600M-V представляет собой самолётный беспилотник массой 12 килограмм, он имеет дальность полёта до 440 километров и продолжительность полёта 4 часа. Поставка этих боеприпасов обошлась американскому бюджету в $300 миллионов.
Switchblade 300 имеет противопехотные и бронебойные боеголовки. Он весит 1,6 килограмм и способен находиться в воздухе лишь 20 минут.
Тайвань должен получить боеприпасы в в 2024-2025 годах.
Стоит отметить, что с начала СВО Украина неоднократно получила от США боеприпасы Switchblade. В октябре 2023 года вице-президент AeroVironment Чарли Дин заявил, что компания поставила Украине «очень большое количество» Switchblade 300.
Однако, как мы видим, ситуацию на поле боя они так и не переломили. Удастся ли это Тайваню в случае китайской операции — большие сомнения.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
