Евгений Николаевич, здравствуйте! Это массовая практика примерно с лета этого года. На это жалуются не только авторы политических каналов, но и юридических, блогерских и прочих. Я трижды подавался и мне отказали. Негласное правило сейчас такое — регистрация только через бота в канал. Плюс возникает проблема у тех, кто уже бота внедрил и получил регистрацию. Если его убрать — РКН её отзывает 🙂 И да, отказывают всем по 7 пункту, в котором нет никак разъяснений про бота. Да и сам бот не указан в НПА.
Раз уж вице-премьер, профильный министр и глава Роскомнадзора читают мой канал, большая просьба разобраться с этой проблемой в целом, а не только с моим частным случаем.

Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
