🔹برخی رسانه‌ها و پایگاه‌های خبری در ایران، مدعی شده‌اند در روزهای نخست جنگ ایران و اسرائیل، اینترنت در کشور اسرائیل برای سانسور تصاویر برخورد موشک‌های ایران به صورت سراسری قطع شد.
🔹این ادعا درست نیست و هیچ گزارش یا نشانه‌ای وجود ندارد که نشان دهد از ابتدای جنگ تاکنون اینترنت در اسرائیل محدود یا قطع شده باشد.
🔹نهادهای پایش وضعیت اینترنت، مانند نت‌بلاکس، دسترسی شهروندان به اینترنت را رصد می‌کنند و اگر در یک کشور یا منطقه، اختلالی گزارش شود، آن را به صورت عمومی منتشر می‌کنند.
🔹بر اساس گزارش نهادهای بین‌المللی و همچنین اعلام دولت جمهوری اسلامی، در جنگ اخیر دسترسی شهروندان در ایران به اینترنت قطع شده بود.

It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
