یک منبع مطلع نزدیک به خانواده آقای نیکوکار ضمن تایید این خبر به هرانا گفت: “آزادی آقای نیکوکار روز دوشنبه بیست و هشتم اسفندماه تحت نظارت پابند الکترونیکی صورت گرفت. وی باقیمانده دوران محکومیت خود را خارج از زندان و با محدودیت تردد از منزل خود سپری میکند.”

The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge.
