با این اوضاع فعلی کشور یکم دور از اخبار باشید و کمتر پیگیر خبر ها. جنگ اصلا قشنگ و تماشایی نیست؛ جدا از اینکه کدام سمت از درگیری ها هستیم. در هیچ برحه از تاریخ هیچ یک از مردمان ما برای جنگ خوش حالی نکردند و نمی‌کند اما برای دفاع از وطن و پیروزی مقابل دشمن چرا.
گوش دادن به موسیقی های ملو و بی کلام باعث میشه کمی آروم بشید.
