Что значит "по-хорошему, иначе заявление"? Это что за куколдизм? За такое только уголовку нужно вешать утырку в трико. В самый час пик на центральной улице не постеснялся такое творить, а ему "по-хорошему".

И вообще, не просто так же он накинулся. Должен быть повод. Подобные истории частенько происходят, когда кто-нибудь кидает палку чужой жене, а потом рогоносец ссытся высказать претензии и вкрысу вымещает обиду на имуществе.
