Деятелей такого уровня (вице-спикеров, вице-губернаторов, замминистров…) в России не сотни даже, а тысячи. Целые испанские коттеджные поселки нафаршированы их виллами, поколения британских юристов озолотились, помогая им распихивать и прятать активы. Они не нажрутся никогда. Они — это и есть Система.
И рассказывать о ней полезно именно так: через конкретные и наглядные примеры.
