А брак - это дети (хайли лайкли), а дети это повышение рождаемости, за которую государство нещадно ведет борьбу. По нашему скромному мнению, молодого человека не то что арестовывать нельзя, ему нужно присвоить премию имени Патриарха Кирилла. Такую однозначно стоит учредить - заодно и депутатам работы на год вперед.
