❗Шел десятый день с начала подачи тепла в Липецке. Но коммунальщики шевелиться не собирались - на раскопке, начатой, к слову, в сентябре, ни одного рабочего. Телефон обслуживающей близлежащие дома управляющей компании "Проспект" перманентно недоступен, а "РИР-Энерго" уверяет, что никаких работ во дворе дома № 53 не ведет. При этом тот факт, что батареи у жильцов, исправно вносящих коммунальные платежи, еле теплые, их не интересует.
🤔 Не пора ли национализировать сферу ЖКХ, как того давно требуют большинство россиян и депутаты-коммунисты (а вовсе не укравший эту идею "лидер" ЛДПР Леонид Слуцкий)? Тогда, может, и тарифы будут более адекватными, и ремонтные работы будут производиться быстрее, и, главное, за проведение этих работ будут конкретные ответственные лица.
