Встречу не отменили, а отложили. Причем скорее всего её все-таки проведут именно в Будапеште. Лучшего места не найти. Раз Зеленский отказался отдавать Донбасс добровольно, встречу отложили до момента когда армия России заберет его силой. После чего будет еще шанс на переговоры. Но уже на новых условиях.
