Президент Таджикистана Эмомали Рахмон 20 марта издал указ о помиловании 897 осужденных в честь Международного праздника Навруз.
Решение принято в соответствии со статьей 69 Конституции Республики Таджикистан.
В тексте указа говорится о помиловании 897 лиц, осужденных к лишению свободы, согласно приложенному списку, с освобождением их от дальнейшего отбывания наказания.
Детали списка, включая информацию о включении выходцев из ГБАО, пока неизвестны.
По подтвержденным данным Pamir Inside, с декабря 2021 года до конца 2022 года 222 человека из ГБАО были приговорены к длительным срокам.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
