Комитет по транспорту сообщил: теперь все жители и гости города, как и курьеры, не могут ездить на электросамокатах быстрее 10 км/ч. Это правило касается не только самокатов, но и электроскейтбордов, гироскутеров, сигвеев и электровелосипедов.
Где теперь нельзя кататься совсем:
Дворцовая площадь
Адмиралтейская набережная
Летний сад
Заячий остров (Петропавловская крепость)
Эти ограничения ввели ради безопасности пешеходов и сохранности исторических пространств. Нарушения могут привести к штрафам и другим мерам.

Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
