"Буквально с конца прошлого года у нас установились регулярные нормальные контакты с уполномоченным представителем Украины в переговорном процессе Пауном Роговеем и мы все проблемные моменты обсуждаем на этом уровне. Это уполномоченное лицо, абсолютно уполномоченное обсуждать вопросы мирного диалога, политическое урегулирование и так далее".
Какой Виталий Игнатьев стал шёлковый, а то порой рассылает от своего имени сообщения про Украину такие, что аж... а с ней, оказывается, у Тирасполя мир, дружба, жвачка, идиллия, полное взаимопонимание, ну и атаки с дронов по нелетающим вертолётам иногда.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
