Вчера в городе Борша в уезде Марамуреш в северной части Румынии 22-летний юноша за рулем Porsche, выехав на встречную полосу, протаранил полицейский автомобиль Dacia, ранив троих сотрудников МВД, и сбежал с места ДТП.

24-летний полицейский в результате аварии попал в кому. Также с тяжёлыми травмами вывезен вертолётом парамедиков его 38-летний коллега. Ещё один проходит лечение на месте.

Виновника ДТП вскоре задержали. Он отказался проходить тестирование на алкоголь и наркотики и был помещён под стражу. Известно, что он работает в Италии и приехал в Румынию на зимние праздники.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
