ИЖС... теперь и от ПИК Девелопер намбер ван давно говорил, что намерен создать свой кластер ИЖС, и вот наконец детали. В отличии от «намбер ту и не с места», «Самолета», он не стал забираться подальше от Москвы (у девелопера есть проект в Дмитрове) и остановился…

На части участков, на которых мы так ждали домишки, теперь планируется «Промышленный парк Балашиха». Застройщик — Parametr (структура ПИК, специализирующаяся на реализации проектов в сегменте коммерческой недвижимости). Что при таком раскладе появится на оставшейся территории — остается только догадываться.
