Фасадные решения небоскреба, судя по всему, основаны на творчестве Пита Мондриана. Так будущий фасад состоит из прямоугольников и квадратов, закрашенных локальными тонами «базовых цветов» для неопластицизма (красным, желтым, синим), и разделен контуром.

Застройщиком выступает ЛСР.

Комплекс будет построен на 33 участке проекта «Зиларт».
