В 2018 году канадцы Майкл Спавор и Майкл Ковриг были арестованы в Китае в ответ на арест Канадой руководителя Huawei Мэн Ваньчжоу. Одного из мужчин приговорили к 11 годам и отпустили только после того как Канада отказала США в экстрадиции Ваньчжоу.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
