Также до 15 июня должен быть введен мораторий на установление в 2020-2021 годах новых требований к эксплуатируемому подвижного составу, которые могут повлечь увеличение стоимости его содержания.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
