Если в Болгарии, Румынии и Словакии таких почти нет, то в Австрии, Швейцарии и Бельгии приезжие уже укоренились... Посмотреть бы ещё Британию, конечно. Там наверняка цифра иностранных родителей зашкаливает.
Данные по России были бы не очень объективны. Русские из стран СНГ, белорусы и украинцы тоже считались бы иностранными родителями.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
