«Китель Победы» — проект о связи поколений: героев Великой Отечественной войны и участников военных конфликтов, в том числе специальной военной операции. В нём приняли участие семьи военнослужащих — жёны, дети и родители.
На сегодня команда организаторов проекта в регионе рассказала уже восемь историй. Всего принято более 30 заявок.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
