Более 20 судей привлекли к ответственности в Казахстане за 2024 год
В 2024 году за грубые нарушения к ответственности привлекли 21 судью — почти в 2,5 раза больше, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года (9 судей), сообщила судья Верховного суда Нурия Сисенова на заседании Сената.
Она добавила, что с 1 октября введены новые механизмы дисциплинарной ответственности: за нарушение законности судей наказывают при наличии двух условий — грубая ошибка из-за недобросовестности или небрежности и подтверждение нарушения коллегиальным решением вышестоящего суда.

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
