Если учесть, что россияне и пользуются-то обходом блокировок в основном для посещения YouTube или Instagram*, то создание сервиса попахивает не только большим распилом, но и изобретением очередного средства контроля.
А с новым законом о штрафах за поиск экстремистской информации через такой ВПН в Сеть лучше вообще не выходить.
