Суть поправок - в передаче МСП Банку полномочий от корпорации ВЭБ.РФ по запуску и обеспечению инструментов господдержки малого и среднего бизнеса в моногородах и ОЭЗ. То есть МСП Банк определяется новым оператором. Поддержка станет более адресной.
