Президент России Владимир Путин присвоил звание генерал-полковника первому заместителю директора ФСИН Валерию Бояриневу, следует из указа, опубликованного на официальном портале правовой информации и датированного 19 февраля.

Кроме того, звание генерал-лейтенанта внутренней службы получил заместитель директора ФСИН Александр Розин, звание генерал-майора — начальник управления делами ФСИН Дмитрий Шароватов и начальник управления кадров ФСИН Александр Федоров.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
