Отдельно хочется высказать слова благодарности команде ВСЕРОССИЙСКОЙ АССОЦИАЦИИ РАЗВИТИЯ МЕСТНОГО САМОУПРАВЛЕНИЯ за реализацию данного проекта и конечно же её руководителю Ирине Михайловне Гусевой.
