На предприятии идет сбор урожая, который продлится до октября. Фундук, созревая, осыпается на землю, после чего его собирают специальные комбайны.
По словам директора проекта Сослана Коблова, с каждым годом урожайность сада растет. Сейчас с одного кустарника удается получить порядка 5 кг фундука итальянских сортов.
Всего в этом году планируют собрать до 30 тонн орехов.
