رجب ! .. قال أحد السلف : ( رجب كالريح ، وشعبان كالغيم ، ورمضان كالمطر ؛ فمن لم يزرع في رجب ، ولم يسق في شعبان ، فكيف يريد أن يحصد في رمضان ؟! )
اللهم بلغنا رمضان ..
تبدأ أول ليلة من رجب ، من مغرب الثلاثاء ٣١ ديسمبر حتى فجر الأربعاء ١ يناير ، وهيَ ليلة مُستجاب فيها الدعاء بإذن الله لقول ابن عمر رضي الله تعالى عنهما : { خَمْسُ لَيَالٍ لا تُرَدُّ فِيهِنَّ الدَّعْوَةُ : أَوَلُ لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ رَجَبٍ، وَلَيْلَةُ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ، وَلَيْلَةُ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَلَيْلَةُ الْفِطْرِ، وَلَيْلَةُ النَّحْرِ }
( شهر رجب من الأشهر الحُرُم ، يعنى الذنب فيه أشد حُرمة وأعظم إثمًا وكمان أجر العمل الصالح فيه يُضاعف ) .. فَاللهُم اهدِنا إلى طريقك المُستقيم وافتح علينا في الطاعات وجَنبنا المعاصي والفِتن ما ظهر منها وما بَطن وصُب علينا فيه الخير صبًا صبًا.
وفي أول ليلة من رجب اللهُم أجبُر خواطرنا وأرزق قلوبنا العوض الجميل عن كل ما فقدناه وقر أعُيننا بما ننتظره منك وقدِّر لنا الخير حيث كان ثم إرَضّنا به وبكل شيءٍ كتبته لنا وحوِّل أحوالنا إلى أحسنها ولا تفجعنا في أحبابنا يارب.

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
