🔷 عدم توجه به آن و عدم نظارت های کافی بر کارفرما ، چه در معادن و بقیه ی صنایع ، منجر به فوت ناشی از حوادثی شده است که دلایل اصلی آن خطای انسانی بیان شده است ؛ در حالی که آمار سالیانه نشان میدهد که دلایل ذکر شده توانسته این فاجعه را رقم بزند.
