Как нам кажется, выводы, сделанные в нём, не совсем однозначны. Давайте посмотрим на штатную численность ведомств ( в соответствии с законодательством естественно) и немного повычисляем: СК - 23158 человек МВД – 894869 человек ФСИН - 226023 человека МЧС - 288565 человек ФССП – 74559 человек Прокуратура – 51263 человека
Таким образом: СК - 23158 человек делим на 27 (сотрудники в отношении которых УД направлены в суд) = преступления совершал каждый 858 сотрудник; ФССП - 74559 / 84 = преступления совершал каждый 887 сотрудник; МВД – 894869 / 752 = преступления совершал каждый 1190 сотрудник; ФСИН – 226023 / 181 = преступления совершал каждый 1249 сотрудник; МЧС – 288565 / 51 = преступления совершал каждый 5659 сотрудник Прокуратура - 54373 / 9 = преступления совершал каждый 6042 сотрудник.
Итак, исходя из штатной численности СК, МВД, ФСИН, МЧС, ФССП и прокуратуры получается, что чаще всего привлекаются сотрудники СК. Чистая математика, ничего личного.

VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
