Kyrgyzstan’s natural growth is roughly equal to their annual emigration! Armenia in far worse shape as they have virtually no natural growth yet shed many thousands of emigrants to Russia annually.
Considering how fast emigration can gut a country (as we have saw in Eastern Europe from 1990-2019) this is not great for the sending countries. In addition, most Russians seem opposed to mass emigration so it causes suboptimal issues on both sides of the equation.
