Früher wurde uns erzählt, Sonne tanken im Winter würde ja nichts bringen. Selbst kann ich Euch hier von einer ganz anderen Erfahrung berichten. 😊

Denn auf der anderen Seite gibt es heutzutage eine gut dokumentierte Studienlage, die klar beweißt, daß gerade im Winter das Sonnenbaden mit der nackten Haut auch in Deutschland ein signifikanten Gesundheitsvorteil mit sich bringt. ☀️

Wenn es also in den nächsten Tagen wieder sonnig ist, egal ob kalt oder warm, ihr in Bochum oder Umfeld wohnt, kommt gerne mal vorbei. Liebe Grüße und danke an alle Helfer und Unterstützer, schön dass es Euch gibt. ❤️

Ps: Was ihr aktuell noch spenden könnt. Ein weiteres Tagesbett aus Stahl, Sonnenstühle aus Holz, zwei Schubkarre Reifen aus Vollgummi und zwei ordentliche Astscheren möchte noch den Weg zum Mehrgenerationenprojekt finden, damit wir alle noch mehr entspannen können. 🙏
