Средний срок получения в аренду земли по торгам сокращен с 182 до 107 календарных дней, а без торгов – с 171 до 81 календарного дня. Такая оптимизация должна помочь предпринимателям, планирующим запустить в регионе свой бизнес.
Земельные участки предоставляются без торгов в том числе для реализации масштабных инвестиционных проектов, концессионных соглашений, соглашений о государственно-частном или муниципально-частном партнерстве. Без торгов получить землю также могут крестьянско-фермерские хозяйства.
