Иски президента Грузии и депутатов от оппозиции об отмене итогов парламентских выборов не приняты Конституционным судом Грузии к рассмотрению по существу. Двое судей выступили с особым мнением.
Как писал "Кавказский узел", выборы в парламент Грузии прошли 26 октября. Оппозиционеры отказались признавать их итоги и заявили, что будут бойкотировать работу парламента. Отказалась признать итоги выборов и президент Саломе Зурабишвили. 21 ноября Конституционный суд принял к рассмотрению ее иск о нарушении прав граждан во время выборов. Участники акций протеста призывали судей отменить итоги выборов.
