По словам руководителя патентной практики компании "Городисский и Партнеры" Юрия Кузнецова, это связано с соотношением мощностей российского патентного ведомства и количества поступающих в Роспатент заявок.
Кузнецов пояснил, что в России в среднем в год подается не более 40 тысяч заявок на патенты в то время, как, например, в Китае этот показатель достигает 1 млн 200 тыс. заявок.
"Но скорость не должна быть самоцелью. Когда нужна серьезная экспертиза заявки, она идет дольше. Но там, где можно, ускорить экспертизу без ущерба для качества и интересов третьих лиц, Роспатент так и делает", — заметил эксперт.
