По их информации, все средства будут поступать в США не из государственного, а из частного сектора, над которым Брюссель не имеет власти. «ЕС как государственный орган не может этого гарантировать. Все зависит от намерений частных компаний», — заявил газете неназванный высокопоставленный чиновник Еврокомиссии.
Конечно, европейский частный сектор хотел бы инвестировать туда, где есть отдача и уже понятные "правила игры", например в Китае. Деньги предпочтут пересидеть волатильного Дональда там, где вожди ведут себя более предсказуемо.
