Например вот тут Мишустин хвалит ростовского губера Василия Голубева в присутствии своей бывшей заместительницы по правительству РФ Виктории Абрамченко. Которая тоже идёт на выборы — в Госдуму от той самой Ростовской области.
У АП и аппарата премьера есть план поддержки людей на выборах, и они его придерживаются. Теклером они как минимум не брезгуют.
