Mazkur holat bo‘yicha Jinoyat kodeksining 177-moddasi (valyuta qiymatliklarini qonunga xilof ravishda olish yoki o‘tkazish) bilan jinoyat ishi qo‘zg‘atilib, tergov harakatlari olib borilmoqda.

В ходе оперативного мероприятия, проведённого Управлением Департамента при Генпрокуратуре по Бухарской области, был задержан гражданин О.Ғ., который приобрёл у гражданина М.Ш. 330 тысяч российских рублей за 51,1 млн сумов.
По факту возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 177 Уголовного кодекса (незаконное приобретение или продажа валютных ценностей), ведётся следствие.
