Были повреждены и сошли с рельсов 3 локомотива и 22 вагона. Компания в 2019-м первой в мире запустила полностью автоматизированную ж/д линию на открытой инфраструктуре в регионе Пилбара с парком из более 200 локомотивов.
Расследование ведут и Rio Tinto, и австралийский регулятор в области безопасности на ж/д транспорте ONRSR. Последний планирует приоритетно проверить работу систем СЦБ. В то же время профсоюз MEU заявляет, что к аварии могли привести ошибки диспетчеров.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
