Намедни мы откушали змеёй 😮. Змея вместе с тарантулом торжественно стояла в списке "попробовать в Камбодже", и на нашу удачу, в нашем любимом ресторанчике в Сием Реапе она была, и мы заказали её перед отъездом.
Что могу сказать: змея оказалась ужиком и состояла скорее из костей) Кожа была хрустящая, а мяса почти не было. Напоминало оно немного сушеную рыбу, но не могу сказать, что мы как-то особо распробовали. В общем, экзотика, но это не полноценный ужин, а скорее закуска к пиву.
