Но со временем пострадала репутация местной УК, которая упорно не хочет заниматься проблемой. В мэрии сказали, что готовы помочь управляющей компании – но на этом все и закончилось.
«Фасад обвалился вплоть до кирпичей, а впереди декабрьские холода и сырость. Несмотря на это, никакого ремонта фасада или хотя бы влагоизоляции и теплоизоляции не выполнено до сих пор», – жалуются жильцы.
Видимо, чиновники думают, что здание рано или поздно регенирирует само по себе.
