На ЗУ "Чермянский, 5" - это завод "Монема" появилась ещё одна концепция (1). Значительно более реалистичная, чем предыдущий вариант (2). На фасадах уже есть та самая пластика, которую сейчас везде требует город. Однако, на данный ЗУ жилых ТЭПов никто не получил. Сам завод, если хочется, можно купить за 2,5 ярда. Поэтому дальше вилка такая - покупать завод, реализовывать те ТЭПы, что дал город или покупать завод, идти на поклон к мастер-девелоперу, который как-то сможет у города получить жилье.

К слову о мастер-девелоперах - MR рядом уже согласовал себе проект (3), но из-за падающего спроса поставил его на стоп. Поэтому можно немного подождать, соседний ЗУ к себе забрать, ТЭПы получить и уже большой проект реализовывать по красоте комплексного развития территории.
