«[Установка якорных мин в Черном море] это уголовное судопроизводство. Однако есть сложность для дачи оценок. Такого рода деяние может быть совершено для защиты своих национальных интересов (а это со стороны Украины можно интерпретировать именно так). Но это очень часто противоречит интересам другого государства [России, Турции, Румынии, Болгарии, в границах которых сорвавшиеся мины уже были обнаружены]. Поэтому всегда будут нестыковки», — пояснил он.
