⚡️Взрыв в Луганске: пострадали два человека, предварительная причина — СВУ

В результате взрыва на улице Черноморской в Луганске (район Квартал Ленинского Комсомола) пострадали два человека. Об этом сообщили в правительстве ЛНР.

Министр здравоохранения ЛНР Наталия Пащенко рассказала, что бригада скорой помощи доставила в республиканскую клиническую больницу мужчину с ампутированной нижней конечностью, а также женщину в состоянии средней тяжести. Оба пострадавших находятся в операционной.

По предварительным данным, причиной взрыва стало самодельное взрывное устройство (СВУ). По предварительной информации, прохожий случайно пнул лежащую колонку, которая после этого взорвалась.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
