Многие удивляются: как могут продаваться научные статьи?
Считаю, что это норма.
Во-первых, издавать научный журнал — очень сложный и трудоёмкий процесс: работа редакторов, корректоров, вёрстка и т.д. Это всё затраты. Научные журналы — это не про прибыль.
Более того, СКО — это качественная, быстрая и отлаженная работа. Кто печатался в СКО и в других журналах понимает, как выстроены процессы в пользу первого.
Во-вторых, «Сравнительное конституционное обозрение» — это единственный в России качественный и независимый научный журнал по конституционному праву. Большинство бесплатных журналов — это больше про вузы, администрацию и государства.
Помочь журналу — благое дело, тем более, цена на статью и выпуск — вполне демократичная. Уникальность экспертного журнала надо беречь.
