Вчера получил Grand Prix премии для молодых политтехнологов имени Юрия Воротникова. Эта награда для меня очень много значит.
Спасибо "Минченко Консалтинг" за организацию премии, а жюри, состоящему из профессионалов рынка, за высокую оценку. Я смотрел все презентации, выложенные в канале премии, там были очень достойные работы. Думаю, что выбрать лучшую было сложно. Тем приятнее эта победа.
Я хотел бы поблагодарить всю команду, работающую на проекте. Во многом это их заслуга! Команда всегда решает.
Ну и самое главное. Я надеюсь, что Юра где-то там рад и горд за меня. Он был одним из моих наставников. Тем, кому можно было позвонить за советом. Да и проект в Севастополе я получил во многом благодаря ему.
Должен я Юре намного больше, чем успел вернуть. Поэтому я хочу отдать свой денежный приз его детям. Дело это сугубо каждого, но если кто-то из лауреатов это поддержит, я думаю, мы сделаем хорошее дело.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
