В редакцию «Комитета охраны природы» снова обратился общественный инспектор из движения «Стерлитамак, дыши» Вадим Искандаров, который отметил важные новости оставшиеся без должной огласки. по теме воздуха в регионах вне проекта «Чистый воздух».
«Недавно вы опубликовали наше сообщение с вопросом: почему для таких регионов с проблемами воздуха не предлагается квотирование выбросов? Через месяц Дмитрий Кобылкин сообщил, что этот пробел в законодательстве устранят. Благодарим комитет Госдумы по экологии за решение, дающее надежду на чистый воздух во всех загрязненных городах. Жители и власти регионов неоднократно сигнализировали об этом — дело сдвинулось».
